4. Purpose of processing of personal data
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the person. The consent to the processing of personal data may be given by the person using a contact form or other agreement.
The purpose of the processing of personal data is communication with customers and marketing.
5. Information content of the register
The registers contain the necessary identification data such as person’s name, organization and position, contact information (phone number and email address), billing information and other information related to the customer relationship or the services ordered.Sources of regulatory information.
6. Regular sources of information
The information stored in the register is obtained from the customer e.g. Messages sent via web forms, e-mail, telephone, via social media services, contracts, customer meetings and other situations in which the customer discloses their information.
Contact information for companies and other organizations can also be collected from public sources such as websites, directory services, and other companies.Information is not transmitted outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
7. Disclosing regulatory information and transfer of information
The information will not be published or disclosed to other parties without the express consent of the customer.
8. Registry Protection
The register shall be handled with due care and the information processed by the information systems shall be adequately protected. Appropriate care is taken for the physical and digital security of the Internet server hardware. The data stored, as well as the access rights to the servers and other information critical to personal data, will be treated confidentially and only by the employees whose job description it belongs to.
9. Inspection and repair right
The subject has the right to inspect what information has been deposited in the register and right to request correction of incorrect information by contacting the controller.
